Clayton-Little, PLLC’s John Little Appointed to Civil Mediation Panel for U.S. District Court for Western District of Tennessee

Jackson, TN: The law firm of Clayton-Little, PLLC is pleased to announce that John S. Little has been appointed to the mediation panel for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Attorneys appointed to the mediation panel must have substantial experience with civil litigation in federal court, and significant expertise in one or more designated areas of the law. As of September 1, 2014, all new civil cases before the U.S. District Court for the Western District are automatically referred to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and a mediator is appointed.

Mr. Little has been practicing law since 1991 and focuses his practice on mediation, general civil litigation, and insurance law. Mr. Little is a Rule 31 Listed Civil Mediator. As a mediator, Mr. Little is experienced and successful in matters involving automobile litigation, personal injury, workers compensation, products liability, professional negligence, employment law and general civil litigation.

Mr. Little is admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Little is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association; American Inns of Court, Howell Edmunds Jackson Chapter; and the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association where he served as past president.

Mr. Bush has been practicing law since 2007 and focuses on general civil litigation, business law, wills and estates, collections and campaign and election law. Mr. Bush has represented a diverse set of clients including individuals, small businesses, insurance companies, banks and candidates for public office.

Mr. Bush is admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee, the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Bush is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association; American Inns of Court, Howell Edmunds Jackson Chapter; the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association; and serves as Chairman of the Madison County Ethics Committee. Mr. Bush is a 2013 graduate of the Jackson Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Jackson program and was recently recognized by the Jackson Chamber and Jackson Sun as a member of the inaugural “Forty Under 40” class of top West Tennessee young professionals.

Mr. Bush joins Wesley A. Clayton and John S. Little as a member of Clayton-Little, PLLC.
